Being a casual gamer doesn't have to limit you in experiencing end game content on WoW (I saw your comment on the WoW page,) as a matter of fact I've been part of many 1-2 nights a week casual progression guilds that only go about 3 hours at a time at new content and will focus on gearing members up when they can.
I know it was a bit nosy of me, but I wanted to give my two cents
