The Japanese arcade hit Ikaruga comes to Xbox LIVE® Arcade! Treasure's award-winning scrolling shooter brings a tactica more »l twist to the genre with its yin-and-yang gameplay: the color of your ship determines your effect on enemies. In this polarized system, enemy ships and their bullets are one of two colors. Attack an enemy of the opposite color for extra damage. Absorb enemy fire of the same color as your ship, and use the energy for a special attack. Destroy multiple enemies of the same color to score a chaining bonus. I wasnt to huge of a fan. Its def geared more towards the hardcore crowd.

Although Ikaruga is hard as hell, it captivates and turn you into a addicted that needs to dominate the polarity system and crush every single ship in the stages with a huge score chain. A classic!

It was pretty good but kind of a pain until you get use to switching polarity.

pretty fun game, better than aegis wing, and the achievements are pretty hard imo.

Not as good as the DC version but still awesome, even more so as it's on 360 Arcade.
