This remake of a NES classic is a remarkable labor of love. The music is remixed appropriately and with a nod to the past. The graphics are polished and inspired. Best of all, the game changes all the things that were bad about the original and throws in new, better things. The only downside is the last level is waay to long and difficult, but apparently this was fixed in a patch. One of my top games of 2008

I never cared for the NES version of this game. The lack of a jump feature really made it tough to think outside of the box. I guess ti all fell onto the fact that the nes only had two buttons. But still, it;s no reason for an update to be hindered by something that should no longer be a problem. I also found the claw to rarely work and had I known about the shotgun + hang trick the game would have been even easier. Either way I'm done…

this is an AMAZING update to a classic NES game. the graphics are such a great update

The "reload" is amazing. Not only does it retain the gameplay of the original, but updates the graphics, adds extra weapons and modes. Worth every MS point you spend (or $ on PSN). Do not miss out on this "reloaded" classic!

Very challenging game with original level design. It would seem to most people that using only two buttons would make for a dull or shallow game, but that's not the case and it will take you several hours of play to really master all the possibilities that the bionic arm has to offer.

A terrific homage to the original. Same gameplay and level design, rearranged music and attractive 3d graphics. Not bad as a game itself, but AWESOME as a remake!

Everybody seems over hyped by the game, but I see a big flaw in it : it's an XBLArcade game and it's not compatible with the ARCADE Stick.
The last stage forces you to change for a pad as you need a right stick. And everybody knows that changing controller in a middle of a game is not that easy on 360.
Anyway Arcade games needs to be compatible with Arcade controllers. It sound like Captain Obvious, and developper Grin now sound as Captain Stupid to my ears.
