Entertaining and interesting, complete with Insomniac's pension for futuristic guns (ala Ratchet & Clank).

In a FPS your weapons should represent a balanced tool set that allow you to get out of any situation. However the weapons in Resistance seem to be unique just for the sake of it, and others quite useless.

While the game is competent enough it offers no real surprises for veterans of the genre. When you find yourself wondering when the game is going to end perhaps its time to try something else.

A great FPS game. It was the 1st game I ever got for my ps3. The controls are natural and smooth and the combat system works really well. The multiplayer maps I've only played sporadically: they're good, but nothing spectacular.

it is a first person shooter. I loved this game for at least half a year, until COD 4 came out.

A decent release title for the PS3. Though some of the graphics made it looked like Resistance started production on a PS2 (the fire in general)

The first game I played and completed on the PS3. I really loved this game and the graphics and gameplay made me really excited for this generation. It is definitely a great launch game, much better than any launch game I played for the Xbox 360.

Well, it does not have great graphics or a great multiplayer mode but the story, the co-op mode and all things that you have to do to get the secrets worths play this game.
