  • I think guild wars is best game none best subription to date.Hera is why is think that:
Graphics:the graphics i think are stunninng they way better than any other game even better than wow.
Quest(s)/mission(s):They are thousand quest but they very cleaverle desigan so that some quest have meaning and other are just for fun!
chaters:they is a wide range of chaters to choose from and guild wars has a plate feam to choose your chaters which i enjoyed and they also have a very cleaver hight scall which allowsyou to change the hight of your chater.
Gamplay:the gamplay in guild wars is execllen with easy to move chaters but the spells in the game are very cleavrle thought out (coulerfull)
combat syestam: the combat systam is very good
vartiy:they is quite a lot of vartiy in guild wars, what i like about is in each diffrent camping they are new monster so you won't be seeing the same monsters in each camping.i have nave seen the same building twice in any of the camping so that makes some quest(s) a bit more easy.
But probly the best thing about guild wars is that you can be as casule as you like wich as a casule player like my self is relly fun.
The only down side is this you can only see other players playing is in a twon or an outpost (unless) hooked with annother person
But if your sturr;ing to fing a buddy then you hooked up with a henchman insted they do the smae stuff as a normal player i.e heal you fight with you etc

  • Awesome, although, I don't like the soloing zones. Urgh. I play WoW more then Guild Wars, purely because the zones in WoW aren't instanced. Good quests, okay storyline, great players and great support. 4/5 stars.

  • Strongly recommend this game. It is such a great game at it's price and most of all, it's fee to play online. Can't wait for Guild Wars 2 to come out.

  • Deep story, quest paths that draw you through the story of the game, pervasive NPC characters, amazing art direction, beautiful score (Jeremy Soule), engaging gameplay, and endless skill combinations are just a few of the great features of Guild Wars.

After over three thousand hours spent in all the game's campaigns, across 11 characters, it remains both the best MMO and the best game (overall) that I've played. It is, quite simply, a world that you want to inhabit once you discover it, and the journey of discovery is enthralling and exciting.

With no monthly fee to play, there's no reason why you shouldn't try it if you haven't!

  • A great online RPG that stands out from most other MMOs. Original, with a very good storyline, characters, quests and battle system. Definitely worth a try if you haven't yet :P

  • This game gives new meaning to the word "nerd" meaning that you don't have to spend 100 hours on it to be good were in other games 100 makes you just look like someone who has no life and you still arn't good.

  • Guild Wars, four years and going strong still. Guild Wars is divided into three separate chapters plus an expansion. Each chapter is a stand-alone game and requires no other chapters to play. You do, though, expand your world by getting the other chapters. The expansion, called Eye of the North, adds additional content to the game by giving players new weapons, new armors, areas to explore, controllable non-playable characters called Heroes, and something to link your Guild Wars achievements and items to the sequel: Guild Wars 2.

Guild Wars is not a game that you can speed through. The learning curve is a bit high, especially those who started on Nightfall as their first chapter. But as you progress and learn how to play the game, your world expands. And with no monthly fee, players can play as much as they like and as little as they like. There is no commitment involved.

Guild Wars never ceases to amaze me just how entertaining it can be. But at the same time, it can also be frustrating. With the right people and the right guild, you can go far, and quickly too. Unlike other MMO games that are free to play, you do not have to worry about a bunch of people trying to sell their junk in little miniature stores and shops that can lag your connection or computer. There is an in-game store that players use to purchase small upgrades. But none of the upgrades are for character customization, as all of the visual customization are done in-game and to your character at creation or at a later time.

Guild Wars is worth the buy and getting the most out of the game means recommending getting all 3 chapters and the Eye of the North Expansion. It's a complete package but at least you won't be missing anything in that massive virtual world.
