I personally liked it better then the next few 3D GTA's, if only gameplay wise.

To me, this was the best in series, as much as i liked the detour from the top-down view from the next title on, it changed the whole approach to series from a tongue-in-cheeck style of "indie" game to a high profile, flashy and more gritty action title. I loved this game and spent hours chasing and being chased, causing general mayhem , the story of my life really.
