Best team-driven FPS. It's a shame the launch was a bit rocky but with the 1.5 it's much better. -
Got this on discounted special at my local store. Im an old-school Quake fan, so was hoping this game would be a natural fit for me. Learning curve, steep. Actually its near vertical.
I get the feeling if I put two solid weeks into this, I'd be a big fan. Unfortunately there's so many superb games around these days, Quake Wars cant tempt me from its hiding spot on my 'maybe one day' shelf of forgotten games.
Pity, I get the feeling Im missing out on something. -
In general I get bored of online multiplayer very quickly, but I find myself returning to ETQW regularly due to how easy it is to pick up and play, and how well balanced its gameplay is. It's also the most rewarding team-based shooter I've ever played. -
Not my kind of FPS.
