For the city management enthusiast, Caesar III will keep any bustling builder occupied; it is very much for the hardcore player, however. Money can be difficult to acquire and battles are meagre affairs. As with (most) city builders, repetition quickly sets in, yet for pure '90s nostalgia value, it's worth the play.
