Gotta give this one 5 stars. I have always disliked FPS games that make it so easy even on the hardest difficulty. Borderlands does not hold your hand, far from it! Especially in co-op mode, the game can get so difficult you really have to plan on strategies on how to beat the guys which is just awesome!

I went into this game thinking I would hate it. I admit, the first part of the hate came from the cell shading graphics which I dislike a lot in most games.…

just opened the box but it seems to be a really involved multiplayer kinda need a guide its a bit different than most fps

It's a fun game, but it's lacking in a lot of features and fails to deliver up to the hype. Incredibly unpolished and at some parts bland. Apart from that, it's a fun game and I recommend that if you're into either First Person Shooters or Role Playing Games you give it at least a rent.

If it wasn't for the online co-op problems, this would be an excellent game. Nice use of cell shaded graphics, large open areas to exlore, addictive gameplay, and interesting RPG elements. All of which add up to a great game.
Seems a bit like an MMO at times, with some quests requiring to farm certain enemies, but this can be overlooked due to the amount of fun side-quests available

Have it on 360 and now bought it for PC too. The most addictive game of 2009. Bar none.
