Bioshock scared me to death when I first played it. The best baddies are the Big Daddies. The Little Sisters are creepy. The graphics are great and the story is awesome.

The graphics are amazing and I love the smooth game mechanics. I was totally immersed in this game from the moment I saw the intro movie. It's refreshing to see an FPS game with such a unique plot. -
Intro-
I remember when I first Pressed "Start new game" and Watched the Intro, and as I stepped out of the Elevator into Rapture I was totally immersed into the World of Bioshock..From the dripping of the Water to the screams Cries and laughs to the Radio Trying it's hardest to get Reception all that leads to you being paranoid knowing something will jump out any second. but as you walk up the first set of stairs.. and see the First Being of the game, shes calmly watching over her baby… -
This was interesting and fun, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Little too much shaky cam action though. I don't like it in games any more than in movies. Also, gets a little monotonous after awhile, the gameplay really could have been shaken up some more, or else the game itself shortened. Still, it's a pleasant enough gem amidst the sea of generic shooters. Still no Valve game though. -

Fast action, dark humor, awesome weapons such as shotgun, chemical thrower and a wrench and a selection of plasmids that let you play around with fire, ice and telekinesis, make this game a must have for any FPS lover or gamer. -
This is one hell of a surreal First Person Shooter and I really have to say I was blown away by it.
The game itself is a lot of fun to play, with your basic FPS style gameplay mixed with a bit of that survival horror and spooky atmosphere that makes games like these instant classics. The Graphics are impressive on the Unreal 3 engine, and the developers definately used it well. The sound is very realistic and really puts you in a scary environment.
The music fits the game's dark atmosphere… -
this game is a pure work of art, the concept, gameplay, and storyline unmatched by any other. the only improvement i can think of is maybe the ending video , the storyline up to the very end is epic, just seemed like the ending video was rushed.

One of the better first person shooters out there. It looks fantastic, and my only real complaint is that the voice acting is hard to hear and/or understand at times. Goddamn sploicers.
