It serves it's purpose and keeps it simple. A good free game.

I first rated this as 3/5. But once I switched from soldier to commando I realized how much fun I was actually having. The cartoonish style and great number of skills and explosions make this a fun and long lasting multiplayer game. No payment is needed to use the best weapons and use all the maps.

It's fun, cartoonish and weird. The weird part is about the imagination of the developers adding more crazy stuff to their game and they get these ideas from the community. The community i see is friendly you can get along with them pretty easily do some weird stuff with them. Sometimes i hate the connection to the game seems to lag alot sometimes and get killed a lot sometimes. They should improve on their servers more but it's still in beta so i can forgive that. Overall the game is…

Who would of thought a free game to be this good? I didn't till I tryed. As a Hardcore Battleifeld Fan(I own Every BF game Even more then one copy of them some times(BF:BC(PS3 and 360) BF2:MC(Xbox and 360) as well as every Expack) I see nothing wrong with changing the series up a little bit. For Free you cant get muhc better then BF;Heros so dont take the Toontown art at face value. Give it a try theres nothing to lose.

One of the best free games I've ever played easily!

It's still in beta, but I like what DICE is trying to do. I'm not sure how I feel about the microtransactions yet.

A lot of game sites will rate this game low and will be quite negative in their reviews due to trying to compare it to games like battlefield 1943 on the xbox 360. People need to be aware you can't compare apples with pears. It's a free game, it's suppose to be a shooter that you play with a smile and take less seriously.

The game has 3 classes, soldier, gunner and snipers. People will complain about game inbalance easily but they need to realise that the type of gun you…

While the game play might be enjoyable - particularly given the price - the poor options make (or in this case, break) the game.
The game constantly kicks me (or I'd imagine, any other non-American) for high ping, but doesn't ever match me up to local servers (AU) nor offer the ability to pick my own servers (its all automagic match-making)

Thumbs down for insufferable latency

Well, it is free, what else do you want?

I like the other Battlefield games better, but this is still worth a try. (well, it is free!!!)

I'd say this is currently my favourite Battlefield game ever released. It's got a good community (Surprising, considering it's free), a good price (free, as mentioned), a great look and it's tactical without being overly complicated. The RPG-lite elements keep you playing, and the pay-for-purchase options (Which are completely pointless unless you like to look like you spunk money up the wall) will keep EA supporting the servers (I should hope).
Definitely worth a try... It's not like you're going to want a refund.

I couldn't get into this game for a number of reasons. For one, it's browser based, which is a pain. Secondly, in order to fully enjoy the Battlefield: Heroes experience, you have to be willing to whip out that credit card, and that's just not okay to me. I'll pay for a game once, thank you very much. The actual gameplay wasn't that bad. There was nothing particularly good, just nothing overtly bad. Maybe its just me. I have very high standards and this game just didn't meet them.
