When the people reviewing this game said 'This will be big - in every sense of the word' they weren't kidding. Quite good replayability, very D+D style battles with RPG elements. And I think this one managed to stand the test of time; Even now, this game remains up amongst my top 5 favourites. Ever.

This is considered by many to be one of the best PC RPG's ever made, and I agree. For its time, the game was a breath of fresh air in the PC gaming market. Baldur's Gate is a very large and epic game set in the Forgotten Realms. This is the same world that R.A. Salvatore writes about with Drizzt, if you're into fantasy novels. A player can easily spend more than 30 hours in the game just exploring the expansive world. Like most D&D…
