I love the idea of this game. It has a solid basis and background, but there are several bugs that can (and have for me) hindered playing this game. Check out the Steam forums, and Google it too. I wish they would get this fixed up, it's really intense...when it's not breaking.

I really wanted to like this game, maybe later they will fix the major problems.
I started playing the first hour it came out, steam servers were flooded so I thought maybe the game was just being overloaded. Three days later, I still couldn't log in, and when it did log in, none of my training would save, none of the games had actual rank tracking, and there were so many bugs with the gameplay that you wonder who tested it before it came out.

I love this game, but had to run some of the tweaks to get it to work correctly (from http://forum.americasarmy.com/viewtopic.php?t=300051). Game is a fun tactical FPS with robust character development and well-designed levels. -
It has the potential to be a great game. Unfortunately, it was released long before it was ready to be, and as such is riddled with bugs. However, once you get into it, it's a throughly enjoyable game, so long as your teammates are competent. -
Broken at the moment, but I'm sure it'll be fixed within a month or two.
