I often wondered what this game would have been like if it wasn't originally intended to be a GBA game. Dated visuals aside, FFTA2 delivers a solid and enjoyable experience to SRPG fans. There are TONS of jobs to be unlocked and hundreds of quests. The addition of characters from FFXII is a welcome one and the remixed music from FFXII sounds great, even on the DS's tiny speakers. I do wish a FFT game would come out on DS that wasn't so childish and a bit more like its…

I absolutely loved this sequel. The graphics have been cleaned up and look fantastic on the DS along with the nice little FX added in. Even though the story was quite minimal, I thoroughly enjoyed maintaining my troupe of characters. The soundtrack is absolutely superb and the best I have ever heard on the DS (almost CD quality).
I think I spent well over 100 hours on the game.
I hope another one comes out!
