I still play this mother-fucking game every night. Why ?? I have no real excuse to! I should kill myself. Possibly because I adorn the hockey mask and the golden axe and play hide n seek behind fruit trees with strangers from completely different towns!! Who cares! Pointless fun Nintendo nailed square on the head. Reminds me never to take me own life too seriously :] Obviously the best game in the series, City Folk was a mess!

Didn't like it

This game is the GC version, only it's on DS. Yay. Plus it doesn't utilize the DS's excellent features like dual screens and touch screen very well. It feels like an awkward, clumsy port. Only worth looking at if you missed the GC version completely.

An awesome game, great time passer, I still play it even now! Not to mention it is one of my girlfriend's favorites. If you are any bit familiar with the series, then you won't be disappointed with this one.

In all seriousness, and don't get me wrong, this game is pointless. I love it, even if it is just living another life. There's no goal to reach, no ending, just a story about a boy/girl leaving home, paying off a mortgage, etc. As the morgage is paid the local shop gets bigger and bigger, has more items, etc. If you mingle between games online, residents of the city will move in and out of town, switching towns. All around good fun if you don't need to have a goal…

This game was fun to begin with, but soon bored me. Now I rarely get on.

Dove into this game not knowing what to expect but I heard rave reviews about it so I gave it a spin. And loved it. I've never played another Animal Crossing before but it's fun for those who like casual games with a lot of content. Sims style where you upgrade your house and get a ton of different furniture is great. Collecting fossils, fish, and bugs will keep you playing for hours although when it comes down to getting the last 10 super rare specimens this game fails. They're…

Overview: Where oh where does the time go? One day, you're moving into a new town and meeting your new boss: a raccoon who immediately sets you on a series of errands to help you get acclimatized to your new environment. Before you know it, you've become obsessed with fossil collecting and fashion design, and are somehow involved in mediating the waxing and waning friendship between a stuffed bear and a burly gorilla who addresses everyone as "highness."

Such is the allure of "Animal…
