Not a bad game, but the franchise begins to feel stale around this time. The highlight is the fact that you can use two different squads at the same time, which helps pace up the action, as well as the joint attacks, but the game feels slow near the end. A great game, but falls short due to the story.

Overview: If they're not careful, the Black Hole Army is destined to take a place in the annals of military history as the most-defeated army in existence.

Over the course of the "Advance Wars" series, the Black Hole army has been defeated by a wide variety of gunslingers, soldiers and even, oddly enough, teenagers. You'd think they would just give up after a while, but apparently surrender isn't an option with these folks.

Not that I'm complaining, just as long as it means more games…
