Loved it, played it, still play it. I'm a big Tenchu fan, which may explain why I liked this game so much. Now for those of you who are or aren't Tenchu fans, I'd say rent this one. Great for some small time wasting, but not for extended playing. If you really like it, like me, buy it and hit me up on LIVE.
This game has been bashed so much, from frustrated people who don't know how to play. This is an actual NINJA game that requires skill and stealth, unlike Ninja Gaiden and the other stupid buttin mashers, it gets a solid 4outof5 for me, my only complaint is that the online can be extremely laggy and stupid sometimes.
The newest installment of the tenchu series, its a pretty sweet jap game, sneaking around assassinating various samurai and politians in ancient japan, based on a stealth engine, and surprising your enemy, worth buying
It's not THAT good compared to it's ancestors, since the create-your-own-ninja theme does screw up the once good character design. It also kills the even without this flaw repetetive story. If I was the one in charge for this I'd have rather ported Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven a second time or Tenchu: Fatal Shadows although this one also lost a lot of the Tenchu-value compared to the original Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven for the PS2. Still it's a nice ninja-stealth game for the 360.
