ok first off i played tekken since tekken 1 back on the ps 1. normally i cant stand button mashers but this series grows on you.
the stories center around the mishima family for the most part & this one goes thu the whole story (telling you the cannon on who won the previous king of the iron fists.
it has returning favorites, kazuya, jin, nina, paul, & law.
now im not saying this is better that streetfighter/kof but as for button mashers this truly is the king…

This is definitely my favorite Tekken to date, the campaign mode is rather fun, takes time to get used to the tricky controls but once you get it down its amazing. The AI however can be rather stupid, so I'm looking forward to the supposed patch for co-op campaign, even just online would be nice, but a local co-op would be better. Either way the fighting is superb and any fighting fan will love this game.

To start off wih I havn't enjoyed a Tekken game since Tekken 3. They have been too slow or too technical for my liking. More effort than fun. However, thats not the case with Tekken 6, being technical enough for the experts to get their fix while also allowing newer players to get in to it easy enough. Tekken 6 boasts the biggest roaster of characters from the Tekken series from the classics like Heihachi to the new Larz.

Super-cool and super-fast. This game is simple to get into and yet contains enough depth in the combo system to cater to the hardcore fighter fans. At times, the opponents can get frustrating, but this is a sign that this game holds true to the tekken roots. Again, simple, yet deep. After Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection went downloadable, this was a chance for Namco Bandai to make the full package again. It is slick in production, providing a lot of what one could reasonably ask for in a fighting game. The game is as accessible as ever, pretty to look at and arcade-perfect to a T. Graphics arnt so good there is no anti-aliasing but thats not what makes a good beat um up. The gameplay is the same as all the other Tekken games the only thing that makes this stand out from the other Tekken games is the avalible game modes and the character customisation and the fact it has alot more characters to play. Its a good game for beginners as you can have fun just by button mashing unlike Street Fighter 4.

Personally I think Street Fighter 4 is better.
