I have just played like 2 hours of the game.. Made the Tutorial and the First stage! This is the kind of game that I like that only problem is that is the kind of game that you need to use a mouse on it!

The Soundtrack is awesome.. the gameplay also!

Mouse and keyboard is still obviously the way to go when it comes to RTS games but LotR:BfME2 has shown that RTS games can be done on consoles and NOT be complete shite. Obviously improvement's need to be made, but it was a good effort nonetheless.

LOTR ME-II demonstrates an important point: RTS games can be played on a console. However, if having the option, I would suggest to go for the PC version any time.

The reason is simple... its easier to use a mouse and a keyboard to control all the action in the multiple zones of the battle than a console controller.

Still, the mechanics implemented by EA for the game, at least on the 360 version, which is the one I have, is quite good... takes some time to get used to but at…
