  • Fun for a while, but seeing how easy it is to achieve the 'finish game' achievement, makes for a short play.

  • Great sound track
    Slider Notes are gay

  • Come on! No "Jump In the Fire", "Blackend" or "The Four Horsemen"?? I guess ya can't have every song, but I wish they woulda split it into 2 games: classic and heavy, new and weak. I could live without every single post "...And Justice For All" song myself, and know many other like-minded metallers. And why the hell do they continue having Black Metal characters and no real Black Metal tracks (Mercyful Fate the nearest exception, and not that butchery Metallica calls a medley!)??? Not even the popular stuff like…

  • Just an amazing game, lots of fun. Fixed the problems with World tour, every song is good. Even though they missed out a lot of great Metallica hits (Ride the lightning) and other great catchy tunes they put out over the years (Carpe diem baby). Lots of fun, all the songs are synced to the characters you see on screen, the venues are amazingly detailed and the character models actually look like the members of Metallica. There's no reason why a Metallica fan would not love this game, or even…

  • The game to buy if you love the Guitar Hero franchise and if you are a Metallica/Metal fan! Also with Expert+ and double foot pedals, this brings drummers more difficulty if they found expert too easy for them.

  • If you are a Metallica fan, then this is definitly a game you should get. While it departed from the "VH1 Behind the Music" approach of Aerosmith, which i liked, the career mode is still fun and does have some fun little factoids. The song selection is overall very good, with only a few notable songs which seem to be missing.

  • Probably one of the best Guitar Hero games out right now.
It starts off pretty easy but ramps up the difficulty super fast.
Also, the Expert Plus difficulty on drums will give even the best drums players trouble.

  • You start the career mode. Immediately you are greeted with Metallica's traditional concert opener, "The Ecstacy of Gold" as the band walks in through the crowd toward the stage. After the cinematic the Guitar Hero Metallica logo shows up and immediately you are thrown into what is quite possibly the most fun Guitar Hero game yet! The first song in the game, "For Whom the Bell Tolls" is definitely no "I Love Rock & Roll" in terms of difficulty (or lack thereof), which should give an indication of what the…

  • Love it! The game that made it impossible to stay away from the GH/ RB craze for me. Metallica owns and this game is a total blast. Drums on expert +!!!
