Like the previous Gears of War, the multiplayer is fantastic, but the singleplayer campaign lacked. Half the time, the story made no sense and bored me to no end.

Multiplayer characters move like snails in mud. There is no other strategy except that you run near your enemy and use your shotgun or chainsaw. No other tactics needed. Stupid is, stupid does.

Finally completed the game on normal and i can safely say that i feel sorry for those who have managed to complete it on legendary because even on normal the game is challenging, It has a great story line and combat is BRILLIANT ! i can't wait for Gears Of War 3

Epic went out of their way to answer everyones wants for gears 2 and the result is a game that by far is better than the first on so many levels. First the campain, they fixed the only one save slot, and divided the solo and co-op campains, they also made a dynamic change to the way the game plays in the campain, more enemies=more insane! Now the multiplayer, the competative is standard fan fare, but the horde mode is where multiplayer shines although only being able to choose from…

The Gears of War series is quite possibly the best plot of any game I have played in a very long time. Between the games, books, comics, etc, the GoW world is expansive and very intriguing. The depth of the story, when coupled with the books, is simply unmatched.

GoW2's story brings the full spectrum of human emotions into the game. Very superbly done by Epic. The game play is top notch (story/horde). My friends and I keep going back to play through the campaign and horde modes frequently. The only…

This game is worth buying for the 'Horde' multiplayer mode alone. GOW3? More Horde, less story. This is why ODST had to have Fire Fight.

Storyline is good, more if you play in co op modem and the multiplayer are very very funny and fucking adictive =)
