    Fight Night Round 3 is a brilliant boxing game, whether you are heavily into the sport, or just looking for a game to pass time. The exquisite graphics along with the realistic sound provide a thrilling arena in which to fight other boxers. Criticisms would be the dull and repetitive career mode along with the same ol' commentary throughout.

    after playing fight night rounds 4, i went back and replayed this. this game is the truth, liked everything about the game.

    The boxing champ. Solid fundamentals, great footwork, skill and tactics required. It has its faults, like a sourly repetitive career mode, a lack of any real off the cuff achievements, and a somewhat flat online mode, but it was still the solid, king of boxers.

    One of the better looking launch titles and certainly one of, if not the best looking launch titles also. Looks terrific and plays quite well.

    Fight Night Round 3 is a great sports title, but negligible improvements in the career mode and idiotic computer AI hold the game back from true greatness. Removing the HUD, in combination with visible emotion, creates a more instinctive boxing experience, especially when moving in for the knockout. There are some strange choices in the presentation department, like the lack of rankings, but the outstanding graphics and sound effects create a great in-game experience, which is what counts.     Really great looking game and overall gameplay but I just got bored too quick, maybe it's because I am not an avid boxer fan!. But great game.
