Decidedly one of my favourite games of all time, can't seem to get enough of it at the moment, glad I got the GotY edition-worth every penny!

Didn't like it

Never got into this game. Everything just takes too long and there are no clear objectives which is really irritating. I find that I end up running around, finding places with no importance. If there are main missions to get through the story quickly, then I haven't found them, my only options seem to be do tiny missions of no importance or run around the wasteland with nothing to do. I hate the way that you can't do things unless you upgrade your character. The only good bit is the…

"Oblivion with guns" was the motto a lot of news sites were reporting when this game was released and it's easy to see why. Fallout 3 'feels' a lot like Oblivion, however for me, it lacks that magic and wonder that Oblivion inspired. Fallout 3 too quickly turned into a thankless slog across largely barren and un-interesting terrain to kill X creature or steal X item.

A good game no doubt, but could have been better.

This game is exactly what any RPG fan could want, without having to put up with obnoxious girly boys from a JRPG. There is a hundred and one things to do in the world of Fallout 3, with quests and sidequests galore. Yes graphically its not the greatest, it has some minor graphical glitches but nothing that will ever stop you enjoying the game. Oh, and it was repeatedly hit with the grey and brown dull stick. For a game that's so good, and defonitly long, you wouldn't expect more...…

This game is one of the best RPG's i have seen in a very long time. If you play this game on the xbox 360 then there are five expansions for you to enjoy and to keep you playing and entertained for a long time to come. I give this game a 5/5. Also this game has a Game Of The year Edition Which has a separate disc with all the downloads on it. I hope you people enjoyed this review and except many more in the future.

Never played the first 2 Fallouts, but this one sucked me in and i enjoyed every second of the 100 hours i spent exploring the wasteland.
The game (like most of this type) started slow, but when you level up and get better weapons the game opens up and takes hold.
Fallout 3 is in my top 10 best ever games.

If you are in any way attracted to the RPG then this is THE game for you. Character development is deep and customization is good. Graphics are also great. It sucks you into the story and lets you take the reigns.

Despite the truly awful beginning level (stick it out til you reach Megaton and you will be rewarded a thousand fold), Fallout 3 is one of the best games to ever grace any platform. Even without the DLC add ons for Xbox LIVE, this a hugely satisfying game.

Fantastic storyline, brilliant scenario and engrossing gameplay. Only GTA IV comes close in terms of the huge open world, black humour and open-ended gameplay.

Like I Am Legend meets the zombie apocalypse meets Mars Attacks (you gotta get the DLC). So many secrets, so…

Only the best from the best.

Just a perfect game. I am well into 50+ hours and there is still a ton of side missions for me to do.

A fantastic game. It took me almost 70 hours to beat the main campaign and all the side-quests, and with all the extra DLC available, it added another 20 hours of gametime at least. Its a fun game that even when you beat it, there's still room to screw around, see what people you can piss off, and what thing you can make explode.

I bought this game about 4 times. I don't know what it was, but I would play it nonstop for about a week, then just get bored of it. I know there's such a huge open world and so much to do, but I felt like I was doing the same thing. Still, I really liked this game, and the story was fantastic!

Awesome game I played in a long time I played the game A LOT it is over 100 hours of game play and is very addicting Fallout 3 is a game worth your money if you like games that will last you long. Get Fallout 3 because you can do whatever you want free roam you can become bad or good and the exploration in the game makes the game worth it and last long

Hands down the best single player RPG on the market for Xbox 360... The VATS is amazing and the game simply becomes even more fun with every expansion... It is a free-roaming FPS/RPG and even after the main story line is over, there are hundreds of places to visit and dozens of secret weapons to find. A must buy for any RPG or FPS lovers

The most addictive game I have EVER played. So much to do and so many places to explore. and then you have to DLC. It's HUGE. A MUST FOR ALL GAMERS imo.

An excellent game from start to finish. While I was a little skeptical at first, not knowing exactly what the gameplay would be like, I soon discovered one of the best RPG/Adventure games out there. No reason that this shouldn't be in your collection.

While the beginning started off a little slower than some may prefer, it helps the story along nicely. It's a great way for the game to gently guide you into the controls and other basics. The combat was excellent, while manually aiming with anything other than a…
