As a longtime 2K fan, I have begrudgingly accepted Madden for the past few years. After all, I had no other viable options. I wanted All-Pro Football 2K8 to be the return to glory. That isn't the case. There are definitely some good things to build and grow on for next year, but the overall package is too sparse. While much of the gameplay is great, the AI needs a tune-up. No matter how much you try to fool yourself, this is no NFL 2k5. All-Pro is an unfortunate attempt to combat Madden that got lost in translation between the idea of making the game and what ended up being completed.

Not worth the time unless playing as OJ Simpson, Namath, Elway, Brian Bosworth (really?), and Mike Dikta amuse you. There are others, of course, but really who cares.

this is a good game alot of old player but they should make it a bit more like madden or better i give this game 4 stars

It was a great alternative to Madden. Great Hall of Fame players like John Elway and Barry Sanders. Always liked the ESPN 2k series. I wish 2k would make more of these games.
