I can't 100% confirm this since their site is down right now, but I think their trophycard only consists of number of trophies, and trophy level.
That information, we're still retrieving for you - you can see it on the right side of your profile page if you entered in a PSN id. It's only individual trophy data that we're no longer supporting.

Now that their site is up again, I see that they are trying to list your last 8 earned trophies. When it finally gets around to making my trophycard, I'll be able to check if it's accurate...
Just for the record, it seems to be accurate. I've been playing Dead Space recently, and while it took a while to finally update, it eventually did:
I think that is what he asked about above. The report back was that this would still be considered crawling.
Would it be though? I mean you could add a disclaimer I guess lol leave it to the sol responsibility of aka me :P I don't think Sony would notice or even care in this case. If you do by client side and maybe do a 1 or 6 hour timer on it. I mean there will be like 0 load on there servers.

But also consider the amount of users we have.

True in some ways but long delay can't hurt that much every 6 to 12 hours even lol. It's not like 360 where you can see if the user is online or offline so it does not need to check that much.
Also I mean I check my own on there site like a 100 times a day lol. I don't think it would hurt. If you still think random 12 hours is still bad you could consider manual button that can't be used for 12 hours or something and they gotta click it. Meaning could be days or weeks and it's not all automated.
Sync function sort of speak.
It's a suggestion only you can act on it and be the final judge
When you enter your PSN ID we'll look at your eu.playstation.com account and generate a sexy looking trophycard for you to post around the web.
In order for this to work, though, you need to have an eu.playstation.com account AND you need to have previously created a Sony Portable ID.
When you want to update your Playfire Trophycard, head on over to eu.playstation.com, go to their Portable ID section, and press the "Update" button. This will then update your Playfire card.
North American gamers can get their Playfire Trophycard too -- just follow the same steps as above by logging into eu.playstation.com. It's a little weird doing that, we know, but it works fine and gives you a cool looking trophycard!
It's looking like sites like ps3trophycard and playfire aren't getting the updates either, which is consistent with what raptr is claiming about sony not giving this info out anymore.
The 3rd party sites are stuck with the numbers I had about a week or two ago while the official site shows what has been accomplished since then. Gah. oh well
That may not work either, what's keeping members from inflating the number of trophies earned? Also, what happens if, when, Sony reopens their trophy system?
