For me so far, they seem to only show up once you play a game with Steam achievements and gain an achievement while playing. TF2 x-fered over all achievements after i got a new one. But none of my other games have x-fered over yet.

Remember to set your Steam Profile to public default is Private.
And add your community ID (not your steam login).
