About me; I started gaming on ancient consoles like the Atari 2600 and NES, and went to the pc for the classics "The 7th Guest" and "Myst". After years of not gaming and only working I was introduced to the Xbox and Halo2 during an evening at work with some of the colleagues. I s*cked big time and I spend more time going circles while looking to the ground and sky instead of playing Halo. The guys made fun about me "looking for coins" and we had a blast! Not long after that I could convince my husband that the Xbox would do me good.....and he caved in ;)

I played only for a few months, but saw that I improved my skills.....in Halo I got the title Respawnqueen, but now and then I surprised all with great combo's and super kills.....so, that became my goal....(of course have fun first place)....just improving...and now and then surpise the others. The group got bigger and I even got a great friends through Xbox Live irl.

Why then only a few months?....well....that was because of the fact that I got pregant and the adrenaline in Halo and the games I owned was just not good for the unborn baby (I get excited too much while playing, hahaha). After our Princess got born we had a rough time and only after it I started to think of hooking the old Xbox back online....although all the rest of the old clan was playing Halo3. When I turned 34, 1,5 years ago.....my husband surprised me with the 360 Elite and Halo 3....

Since that I have changed from XboxMamma to XboxJunkieXL, a name that my husband found more suitable for me....and next to Halo 3 I've gotten myself barried in games ;) (instead of shoes lol). I enjoy many types of games like I enjoy many types of music.....each for a special type of mood I'm in. On XBL is try to be more active (COD, GOW, Halo, GH etc) but I'm a lone wolf as well....and Oblivion still holds the nr1 spot in my fav list.

    It was a pretty crazy night let me tell ya. Everything didn't go off quite as I had planned but we accomplished what we set out to do, which was go wild, relax, and unwind. Not that 8 1/2 hours of Rock Band can always be considered relaxing but it is a great de-stresser. XD
