I'm an expatriate PC gamer, raised on a steady diet of point-and-click adventure games, turn-based strategy games and flight simulators. Only during the last generation - in response to the increasing fragmentation of the PC market - did I finally make the transition to consoles, and it was not an easy one. I'd still take a mouse and keyboard over dual joysticks any day if I could, but as we live in a golden age of console gaming I'm willing to make concessions.
