  Definitely deserves to go on the short list of games that are worth $60. The campaign was amazing and oozes with production values like any other AAA game. Very few games blend the cinematic nature of a movie with the immersive and interactive experience of a videogame which modern warfare 2's singl more »e player campaign nails. To say anything about it is giving to much away so all you need to know is that it must be played through and experienced because it is that damn amazing. The multiplayer is even better than COD4's. At first I was kinda bummed at seeing not as many perks but since some were kind of useless and they're now upgradable so it's another thing to work on as I level up. I love the care packages, I was playing a lot of free for all yesterday and when one would fall or be on it's way that area of the map would always be engulfed in a firefight for it. Also it's so satisfying to steal someone's care package and have it turn out to be a killstreak bonus that turns the tide of the battle for you. Also the sense of oh sh*t I felt when playing some team deathmatch and the other team got a AC-130 gunship and all our team could do was hide because we were getting obliterated in the open. The same can be said for when the giant blip of an incoming strike from a predator drone shows up. I wasn't sure if it would meet my expectations but MW2 succeeded in exceeding them and just like COD4 I don't see myself playing any other online multiplayer shooter because nothing else comes close.
