I'm the Executive Director of GamesLaw.net, a legal analysis site focusing on the gaming industry. I'm also a member of the ABA's Special Committee on Computer Gaming and Virtual Worlds.

In my free time I write columns for Stratics.com and am a senior editor at The American Jurist. I've been involved in games journalism for years, having written for the Gamespy and Telefragged networks, and done print editorial work for Strategy Player Magazine. I also have worked as a developer, on the Firearms Mod for Halflife (commercially picked up by Valve) and its sequel, World at War.

I was a panelist at PAX 2008, and look forward to speaking again there next year.
